20 minutes. No pitch, no pressure, just a conversation about where you are.

If this sounds familiar

You're not lazy, broken, or bad at coping. You're just carrying too much, for too long.

You get through the day on adrenaline and caffeine, then can't switch off at night.

You're the one everyone relies on: your kids, your team, your parents, and no one's asking how you are.

You used to feel like a person with hobbies and opinions. Now you mostly feel like a to-do list.

You snap at the people you love most, then feel guilty for hours afterwards.

You've read the books, tried the apps, promised yourself "next month I'll slow down." Next month never comes.

Somewhere underneath the exhaustion, you know you can't keep going like this, but you don't know how to stop.

"I just didn't realise how much tension I was holding in my body. I feel so much lighter now it's released."

Imagine waking up without dread in your chest. Not because your to-do list got shorter, but because your nervous system finally learned how to rest.

Imagine having something left in the tank for your children in the evening, instead of running on fumes and guilt.

Imagine trusting yourself again: your instincts, your energy, your ability to say no without spiralling about it for a week.

That's what these twelve weeks are for. Not another thing to squeeze in, but a place to finally put something down.

The journey

Twelve weeks, three gentle stages.

Weeks 1–3

Come back into your body

We start by calming an overworked nervous system, using hypnotherapy and mind-body techniques to help you actually rest, often for the first time in years.

Weeks 4–8

Rebuild your reserves

We work through the guilt, the over-responsibility and the "I should be able to cope" stories that keep you running on empty, and replace them with compassionate thought patterns.

Weeks 9–12

Reclaim yourself

We make it stick. You leave with tools you'll actually use, boundaries that hold, and a version of yourself you recognise again.

What's included

Everything is built around a life that's already full.

Eight 1:1 sessions

An hour just for you, combining hypnotherapy and mind-body coaching supporting you to find yourself again.

A personal audio library

Recordings for sleep, calm and confidence you can use in the ten minutes you actually have, in the car, in bed, in the bath.

Gentle support between sessions

A message away when a hard week hits. You're not doing this alone, and you're never made to feel like a burden for reaching out.

Tools that fit real life

No 5am routines or hour-long rituals. Everything is designed to work around school runs, deadlines and everything in between.

Who's guiding you

Hi, I'm Jules.

I spent years feeling overwhelmed, quietly trying to hold everything together, work, kids, caring for my parents, until Long Covid forced me to stop.

I retrained in hypnotherapy and mind-body coaching as I felt passionate about helping other women feel better too.

I built this programme for the woman I used to be: capable, exhausted, and convinced that slowing down wasn't an option. It is. I'll show you how, at a pace that respects everything else you're carrying.

This is probably for you if

  • You're juggling work, kids and ageing parents, and something has to give, but it can't be them.
  • You're functioning, but running on empty, and tired of pretending otherwise.
  • You're open to trying something different, even if coaching and hypnotherapy is new to you.
  • You want a plan that fits your life, not more to add to your to-do list.

It's probably not, if

  • You're looking for a quick fix you can finish in a weekend.
  • You're not able to protect one hour for yourself to attend the sessions.
  • You're currently in crisis and need urgent clinical or medical support first.
Questions people ask before the call

No pressure, just honest answers.

No. It's a conversation to understand what's going on for you and see whether this programme is genuinely the right fit for both of us. If it isn't, I'll say so, and point you somewhere that might help more.

Not at all. Most of my clients haven't either. It's not what films make it look like. You stay fully in control the whole time. I'll explain exactly what to expect before we begin.

This is designed around that reality, not against it. Hourly sessions at a time that works for you, plus tools you can use in small pockets of your day. We build it around your life, not the other way round.

Investment is £997. That includes eight 1:1 sessions, messaging support between sessions, audio recordings and the tools and techniques that will enable you to stay well long after the programme has finished.

Completely normal, and completely expected: that's real life for a busy mum. We build in flexibility from the start, so a hard week doesn't mean falling off track.
